Debbie Greenbaum is Co-Founder, Managing Partner of WYM Media Management Company. After graduating from the University of Southern California, Debbie started her career in entertainment at Geffen Records. She worked there for several years then left to do radio promotion at Avenue Records. From there she moved onto Premiere Radio Networks to become an Affiliate Sales Director.
She ended up at Westwood One where she was instrumental in helping to break and develop the radio careers of many different products, shows and personalities (including Martha Stewart (askMartha), Loveline, Love Phones, MTV Radio Network, VH1 Radio Network, Spin Radio Network, The Scott Ferrall Show, The Onion Radio News, amongst many others).
Debbie then made the move to Jones Radio Networks to be a Director of Affiliate Sales /News and Talk, where she worked for 9 years. It was at Jones where she helped launch and grow talk programs such as The Ed Schultz Show, The Stephanie Miller Show, The Michael Smerconish Program, The Clark Howard Show, and The Neal Boortz Radio Show. This is also where she had the pleasure and fortuitous opportunity to meet then CEO Ron Hartenbaum, who is her current business partner.
In 2010, Debbie stepped out on her own with DG Media, representing The Leslie Marshall Show and Good Parts Media. It was at that time that Ron and Debbie reconnected and decided it made good sense to combine forces and start WYM Media Management Company, providing the affiliate sales arm to WYD Media.
